KINERET On TRACK offers convenient, personalized support provided by a team of Kineret experts. 


Kineret Trained Nurses are available to provide: 

  • One-on-one injection training and in-home visits
  • Answers to your Kineret-related questions, by phone
  • Helpful tips on managing your treatment
  • Additional education on administration 
  • A Kineret expert you can call, should the need arise

Kineret Case Managers can help guide you through insurance and/or financial concerns, including: 

  • Benefits investigations 
  • Insurance coverage verification
  • Prior authorization 
  • Financial assistance for eligible patients
  • Appeals support 

Kineret Pharmacy Specialists can help get your medication to you, and provide the information you need to get the most out of the KINERET On TRACK program. Our team is here to help with: 

  • Program enrollment 
  • Home prescription delivery and timely refills
  • Program-related questions 
  • Providing educational materials so you know what to expect from treatment
