Patient Assistance Offerings
Once enrolled,* Kineret ON TRACK® can provide information about potential programs and patient assistance options that may be available to you. These offerings include:
KINERET Copay Assistance Program†
KINERET Copay Assistance Program is for eligible patients who have commercial prescription insurance. Patients may pay as little as $0 per prescription and receive up to a maximum of $13,000 per calendar year.

Provides KINERET, at no cost, to patients who meet the Patient Assistance Program eligibility requirements.
KINERET QuickStart Program‡
Provides a limited supply of KINERET, at no cost, to eligible new patients experiencing an insurance-related delay in coverage.
KINERET Bridge Program‡
Provides a limited supply of KINERET, at no cost, to eligible patients experiencing a gap in coverage for KINERET.
There are 3 ways to get support from Kineret ON TRACK®:
Kineret ON TRACK® Secure Online Portal
Go online to complete the Patient Consent form and provide the necessary information. From there, you can access the Portal to check your eligibility for KINERET copay assistance or upload information requested by Kineret ON TRACK®.
Prescription and Enrollment Form
To enroll in Kineret ON TRACK®, your doctor will need to complete the form, including all healthcare provider and patient signatures and fax it to 1-844-688-7624.

Injection Training and Support
Once enrolled* in Kineret ON TRACK®, and your healthcare provider has ordered injection training for you, our KINERET Trained Nurses are available to help you with injection training via telephone or video conference.
*You must enroll in the Kineret ON TRACK® program before accessing program support.
†In order to participate in the KINERET Copay Assistance Program (Program), a patient must have commercial prescription insurance for KINERET. The Program is not valid for patients whose prescriptions claims are reimbursed, in whole or in part, by any state or federal government program, including, but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap, Department of Defense (DOD), Veterans Affairs (VA), TRICARE, Puerto Rico Government Insurance, or any state patient or pharmaceutical assistance program. This offer is not valid for cash paying patients. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Certain rules and restrictions apply.
